Location – people don’t always buy the mere bricks and mortar. A location film really sells the character of a neighbourhood.
Prestige Property – St Georges Hill. One of Surrey’s best. Shoots like this can be completed in approx 2 hours. Edits take approx 90 minutes meaning your video is turned around almost immediately.
Development Promo Documentary – this short film uses clever VFX techniques to sell an unbuilt property. The location is key and so takes up a large part of this video.
VFX finishing the unfinished – sometimes a property isn’t furnished and it can look a little bleak and sad. This example shows a fix where we can dress your scene with 3D model furniture.
An 8,000sqft London Apartment – showcasing an incredible property. which was shot in 90 minutes. We even used a TV celebrity to voiceover this one.
Hyperlapse – this is an example of a hyperlapse (a.k.a. motion timelapse). Static timelapse is so passé.
VFX – a great example of various VFX tricks that can be incorporated into an aerial film (Helicopter).
